Hi ! This is project is about designing and printing stiff and NO play bearing. What are preloaded bearings ?The idea of preloaded bearings is to applied a constant pressure on the balls to be sure there is no play inside the bearing. When you tighten screws on the bearing, it compress the rings onto the balls. And force can travel through every component like the image on the side. The parametric designIn the files, you will find a parametric fusion360 file. In this file you are able to easily change dimensions like diameter, thickness, number of screws,… The image beside shows where to find this parameters.For things like screws sizes, I didn&#39;t do parameters but you can change this size on the historic at the bottom of the page. Beside the printed parts, You will need some steel ball.
