Parametric Simple Cup Holder

This is a simple cup holder made to fit any round hole.
In one of my classes, the desks have these holes that were originally for desk grommets to pass wires through. There are no computers in this room anymore, but the holes remain. The bare holes seemed to work well enough for people's coffee cups (tapered cups), but not for my soda or water bottles. So I made this.
The design was simple, so I added some easy to change parameters so that it may be useful for others.
