Parametric sundial

This is a parametric sundial.The longitude parameter should match the geographic longitude of the location where you intend to use the sundial. The current model is calibrated for a longitude of 47.5°, but you can easily customize it to match your location. (If you're unsure how to chooes the correct value, just let me know — I'd be happy to help!)Please note the following when using it as a clock:This sundial is designed for use in the Northern Hemisphere.The pointed end of the dial must face true north, as indicated by the engraved text.It displays the solar time, based on the position of the sun in the sky. This means the time shown will differ from your local time zone, especially if you're using daylight saving time.The sundial is calibrated for standard (winter) time.
