OpenSCAD remake of [Self-centering tapered-thread Z-axis coupling [v2]](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:602481).
I've included `coupler_5_5.stl` and `nut_5.stl` generated with this script for comparison to the original.
Supports separate custom top and bottom thread angles to enable printing smaller threads without overhang.
