Inspired by the excellent paper "A THEORETICAL APPROACH FOR PREDICTING NUMBER OF TURNS AND CYCLONE PRESSURE DROP" by L. Wang, C. B. Parnell, B. W. Shaw, R. E. Lacey, I created this customizer to make it easy to test various combinations.
I have segmented it to make it easy to print. Because of this you can make rather large ones even on an Ender3. I have included a flange to make it easy to glue the parts together.
For best results:
"Diameter Barrel Chamber" should be at least 2*(Diameter Intake Pipe+ 1/2*Diameter Exit Pipe)
"Wall Width" should be a multiple of your nozzle diameter.
"Tolerance" usually works well as your nozzle diameter.
"Fineness" of 100 usually looks good.
