Parametrized Card Deck Box

I took the MaxFaktor design at made it parametrized.

there are multiple options here, multiple compartments you can choose between folder like design, or with finger cutouts. Both types work just fine.

One more thing; when you place cards at the side ("wider" than "long") you should also change the cutoutRatio, as you might cut off too much of the model, just tinker with the vaules. I also made the fingercuts a slightly higher (.5 radius of the circle)

2019-12-07; fixed issue with triangular side of the box; small artifacts could be present when the width was too large.
