I tried using [this test](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2949885) which worked fine except it needed a raft. I hate raft so I designed one with big tolerance at the bottom so the first layers does not cause fusion between part.

I also use a 4mm allen wrench insert instead of a flat head screw to force.
