This is my initial design for a Chest harness addition - Flight Deck for powered or regular Paragliding.
The idea is to attach one end of it securely to the chest bag/harness and hold it at 90 degrees angle with para-chord. Adding velcro to the other end will help keep it closed when not necessary.
The slots are added to use velcro straps to attach a battery(s) to the bottom for use with phones during flight.
This is designed to hold 2 mobile devices on it, and a battery(s) on its back. The design assumes heavy use of velcro to keep everything in place.
This is 190x190, so printable with Ender 3 or similar printers.
I have not figured out the mounting points yet, so your suggestions will help.
