parkrun token dispenser

I've copied over here because no versions of a parkrun token dispenser currently exist on this platform and this seems to be a good one.see: https://www.***********.com/thing:5471057 by Yamamaya for a smaller version and an updated beffer design! A token dispenser for parkrun. Holds up to 140 tokens. It works with a household rubber band. The rubber band can be switched from into two positions to adjust the tension if less tokens remain inside the dispenser. If the dispenser is gripped at the buffer, with the opening towards the top, the tokens should rise up using gravity. It works better with a rubber however. The end can be removed to fill in the tokens. If only a few tokens where used its easier to just feed them back in via the slot. The cap also adds a bit of stability to the dispenser, its not needed but recommended. If printed with support use knife to remove support from card slot.
