Part cooling duct fixed

The original file for the cooling duct had some thin walls and hollow sections which made the part difficult to slice. I fixed the modeling problems and added some basic fillets to the inside and outside of the part. They probably wont do anything for airflow, but they may reduce the noise a bit.
