This is a re-upload of a very useful Tolerance Test / Part Fitting cube/peg I had downloaded before that I can no longer find on here.
This is very simple to use to adjust flow rate and tolerances.
Print both the Peg, and a sleeve at the same time. I usually use the 0.2mm tolerance sleeve for this when adjusting for a new filament, and can dial in flow rate in less than 20-30 minutes in most cases.
These print very fast.
What you are looking for is a sleeve that fits over the peg easily, but not loosely.
If the sleeve can easily move onto the peg, or fall off, it's too loose, and flow rate can increase.
If the sleeve fits over the peg but has to be forced a bit too much to go on, then flow rate is too high and can be dropped down a bit.
If the sleeve fits over the peg quite snug, but also moves freely as well with just a minimum amount of force, then your tolerance is just right.
The sleeve should move up/down along the peg without rotating side to side if th
