Particle Funnel

This is a series of shapes designed to hold a funnel of material for the Mastersizer 3000 to feed through its vibrating table.

PF is a funnel meant to be printed with NO TOP OR BOTTOM LAYERS. Use gyroid infill at 15-25% to create a grating for powder particles to filter through. This part will be fouled by material during testing and should be treated as disposable.

PFC is a clip with threads to hold the funnel securely against the vibrating table of the Mastersizer.

PFT is just a tray to hold spare funnels in an attractive printed organizer, it's not required but looks nice.
