Passenger Car - Brio & Ikea Compatible

These small passenger cars are great for transporting your townspeople wherever they need to go. They are compatible with Brio, Ikea, and most other wooden trains.   Parts List (per car): 4x M2 cap head screws 6-12mm length 4x M2 washers 2x 10x4x3mm ring magnets 2x 10mm diameter metal push pins A touch of CA glue Printing Instructions: Print 4 wheels, flat side down Print one base piece, upside down orientation, some supports are required. Print one each core and body, no supports are required. Print one roof, some supports are required. Assembly should be fairly straightforward. The wheels are each secured to the base with an M2 cap head screw, with a washer in-between the wheel and the base. Don't over tighten the wheels, they should spin freely and even have a bit of wiggle.  The core sits in the slot in the base,  A drop or two of CA glue holds them together.  The body slides over the core, again a touch of CA glue is your friend. Finally the roof piece slides on top. Be aware that any stringing will need to be removed prior to assembly. Again use CA glue to secure the parts.  The ring magnets go on the nubs on either end, and the tacks go in the holes to secure them in place.
