The package contains *.stl models of patien-specific aortic root obtained using three methods of reconstruction: automatic (Amira Software), Using CAD-reconstruction and original method of Mesh Uniform Crushing. All the models was reconstructed based on preoperative DICOM-data of patient N. intended for transcatheter aortic valve replacement with CoreValve (Medtronic Inc.) valve.
