Patty Maker

I used to use an old circular Tupperware for making burger patties, sausage patties, etc. However, they tend to be a bit tough to remove without damaging 100% of the time. This is the same width as my Tupperware but with a plug to press release the patty from the bottom. I slide the holder between by fingers, and fill to the brim. Pop it into the pan or onto the BBQ.
