The scale tripo3d chose is tiny, just zoom it to the desired height in your slicer.
To print this use Cura's rotate/lay flat function so that both feet touch the base plate, together with a raft for adhesion. Alternatively, move the model a tiny bit below the base plate (e.g. set Z to -1mm), this will cut a little from the bottom, but will result in a more stable standing model.
Use 2-3 walls, no infill, no support.
