Paved character base 32mm

produced 3D sketch in tinkerCAD for some characters that didn't come with bases. I found some character files that were incredibly detailed but they didn't come with any platform or base to stand on. works great for 32mm figures. have included bot supported and unsupported versions. will attempt to create other textures in the future.
