Pax Era Case - Remix

Remixed the nice Pax case available from Cantido... Split the case into two parts for easier printing, and in case you'd like to print the top and bottom in different colors or materials. Also made a top without the logo and inset the Pax logo on another to make it easier to print when printed top side down.
