PC4-M6 Fitting Bulkhead Pass-through

I added some threads to the original design as well as adding some material to buffer the filament from any potential rubbing against the fitting edge. The size was scaled up 104% in the X and Y directions and 101% in the Z direction.

I printed the first four layers in NinjaFlex and the rest is PETG.
