PCA Card Stand

PCA is a European card grader, similar to PSA in America. Their cases are a little smaller the PSA so I remixed to fit. It's just a simple scale, which you could probably do in your slicer if you wanted to, but I've scaled the STL to make it easier, and so I'll get the same size when I need another one in a few months.
