*edit* I think I got all the dimensions right now. Let me know if there's anything too tight or loose. Most of the dimensions have very little tolerances.
I created this because I wanted to print my own pcb holder but I wanted to use readily available imperial parts. So, instead of M4, M6, and M8, I used 8-32, 1/4", and 5/16" bolts, threads, and nuts. The one caveat is I did have the M4 bolt/nut to use, so I've included the PCB holder with both versions, M4 and 8-32.
The BOM needed for this is:
2 x 5/16 threaded rod 12"
8 x 5/16 nut
2 x 5/16 fender washer
3 x 1/4 fender washer
1 x 1/4 washer
1 x 1/4 or 5/16 spring
1 x 1/4 hex bolt 1.25"
1 x 1/4 hex bolt 4"
2 x 1/4 nylox nut
1 x 8-32 3/4in
1 x 8-32 nut
1 x 8-32 washer
The biggest thing is to make sure your nuts and bolts have the same diameter and thread.
See the original version for more information and inspiration.
I am about to print this now, and I'll update with anything that goes wrong.
