I modified this PCB to use one rod and to use the jaws found in the stickvise: http://www.stickvise.com/hacks/parametric-jaws
I used pin springs and filled off the treads on the alignment screws.
modified the knurled nut from here to use M3 nuts: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:439239
