PCB Panelisation Rat Bite Model - Openscad

This is an Openscad Model of a PCB Panel Rat bite ( break off tab ). Normally It is used when you require multiple PCBs on one frame for PCB manufacturing . The design of this tab was taken from real world data used in manufacturing. The design is made such that the tab holder is firm but also easier enough to snap out PCB singles weather you break them out buy hand OR with mechanical cutting/shear tools.

You can use this model to visualize and specify your PCB manufacturing scheme and create Mechanical drawings from the openscad. See the projection() command in openscad.
