Print four of these and insert an 8 x 3 mm magnet in the space in the bottom to hold a printed circuit board in place on any ferrous metal plate while soldering.
This part has a .5" base, a .25" middle tier, and a .1" peg. The base is .33" high with a .33" diameter hole that's .12" high. I printed it with supports that are set .4 mm from the printed layer. Otherwise, I used Silhouette's standard settings. Definitely use a fan.
Edit - Feb 6, 2021: I added a peg with a cutaway on the bottom section to allow for use with components that are so wide that they don't fit between the pegs.
