PCB Vise (More printable shape)

The original version of this design is brilliant. However, on my old printer, I couldn't get it to print without warping (in ABS). So I re-made it from scratch using the original as a guide. The jaw channels are very similar, but slightly deeper, and the width of the jaws (amount of jaw that is flat against the print bed) has been increased to help adhesion. The outside of the jaws has been simplified to a triangular design with less curves, simply because it was easier to model.

The guide channel (part that slides) has been modified to lock more. Original design had shallower guide channel which didn't manifest very well when printed on my printer.

I've attached a Sketchup file (version 7) for anyone interested in tweaking it some more.

I have not attached any photos because the only copy I made was for a friend.
