PCI HDMI Panel mount for StarTech cable

This remix is specifically for a StarTech panel mount cable. The mounting holes are 29mm apart from the outer part. See image for dimensions. You'll need 3mm of clearance between the motherboard and case pcie mount. I did this because the original 1mm did not cut it for the thick cable on this StarTech. Plugging the hdmi in was not going to work either. 3mm seems good enough. I printed with 4 walls so its basically 100% infill but all walls. Seems good enough. Can get away with support on the base plate only. Just a little bridging on the HDMI cutout.
