The original one does not fit to my case, because it needs screw hole facing to the other side, so I have modded the scad file.

IMPORTANT: Adjust this thing for your needs using OpenSCAD.
The STL fits "Axagon PCIe NVMe SSD adapter", as I have customized the thing for that.
