Mount a GPU (or other large PCIe card) up to 3 slots wide. The board is the common Ubit riser board found on Amazon. This is printed in 2 parts and screwed together using #6 by 1/2" pan head screws (13 screws to fill every hole). The base of the assembly has holes to enable mounting to a surface. The foam needs to be removed from the corners of the riser board to sit properly on the base.

The make pictured is done using PETG.
