Pedestal Sump Pump Float Bracket

This is a float rod guide for a pedestal style sump pump. 1.5" shaft housing, .25" float rod

I have seen other peoples designs for these, they are much more pretty, but I do not have the correct hardware on hand to make them work. This one should snap on to the shaft housing of the pump, and then can be secured with a zip tie/ cable tie through the hole in it. If a zip tie is not available you might be able to use a tight string or wire.

Feel free to remix, could be thinned down and rounded off for both style and efficiency.
