Peg Board Lock

I have always have been frustrated with peg board hooks that when you try and take off what your hanging the hook always comes off with it. So after many iterations Ive come up with this. I use a 1 1/4 drywall screw to lock it in place when and if you want to move it remove the screw and with little to no damage to the peg board relocate your hook and screw it down again. I tried incorporating a snap in peg but it tears up the peg board if you locate a hook, I also tried a purchased snap in plug but then that adds cost and where do you find one, but a 6 x1 1/4 screw you can get anywhere.
