Design ConceptThis Peg Solitaire set is designed to emulate the classic game known for its strategic challenge. It features a circular board with pegs that mimic traditional marbles, allowing for a modern yet timeless appeal.UsageThe game is a single-player puzzle that involves jumping pegs with each other to remove them, with the objective of ending with a single peg remaining on the board. To start remove the middle peg so that there is a hole for other pegs to jump into and then make a move by taking a peg and jumping over an adjacent peg into the hole before removing the peg that was jumped. Only one peg can be jumped at a time and no diagonal jumps are allowed. Further instructions for the game can be found on many websites and tutorials can be found on YouTube.Printing RecommendationsPrint each component using PLA or ABS plastic to ensure durability. A layer height of 0.2mm and a moderate infill are recommended to balance detail with strength.Assembly InstructionsNo assembly required as the game is in one piece. Simply print the pegs separately and place them in their respective slots to begin playing. You need a minimum of 32 pegs to play although printing a thirty third in a contrasting color can be aesthetically pleasing when the board is on display. Included are files to print them individually or as a group of 32 or 33 in one go.There are two different boards included but you only need to print one. The alternative has some trays built in to hold the pieces that have been removed. The STL and 3mf files are identical. There is no color data included in the 3mf files.
