Pegboard Display/Storage Shelf Hardware

Hardware for building a set of shelves with pegboard. Each shelf has its own door that folds down for access and latches in the vertical position to prevent small items from falling and slow the accumulation of dust. Shelves may be added above or below as necessary.

Included:

Hinges: print in place w/o support, that also serve as the fixed side of the latch. The latches are secured to the shelves with #6 x 0.75" wood screws. The other side of the hinge has a slot for 3/32" (0.093") thick acrylic. A "single sided" version of the hinge is provided for use on the top shelf.

Wedges for vertically seating the shelves in the pegboard. Each wedge has an embedded nut, with which they are seated by a 2-56 screw.


You'll also need

1x4 board, cut to length. Other sizes can presumably also be used, but this is what the design is based on.
3/32" thick acrylic sheet, cut to size
