Pegboard Filament Holder

Based loosely on the universal spool holder design by jjpowelly, but it is a complete redesign. I'm planning on setting up a pegboard next to my printer, and wanted to be able to mount my filament on there. There are other pegboard filament spool holders out there, but I wanted one that was simple and used minimum materials, printing with very few supports.
This is mainly designed for a hatchbox spool, but could be used for many other spools less than 3.5" wide, 9" Diameter, and with a central hole diameter greater that 1.9"
To hold multiple spools, the "center holder" file can also be used for further support. Remember you will have to add an additional 4" of pipe for every extra spool you hold (so two is 8" and 3 is 12".)
The only place supports are needed is on the actual pegs.
