I was trying to make custom pegboard-mounted holders for some of my tools, but couldn't always get it right on the first try. This layout jig has a grid of holes spaced 5mm apart. You can position the included pegs where you would want the supports to be, and then count the holes to figure out where to place the supports. Two different sizes of boards are available: 100x100mm, and 200x200mm. The pegs also have two lengths: 50mm and 100mm. The board material does not really matter, but I would recommend PLA or another stiff material for the pegs as they are fairly thin.
