UPDATED!!
Added a doubled version, now you can drill 12 holes at once!
Its a Pegboard Jig, a Pegkajigger.
I've seen a few on here, but none that were exact. This is exactly 1 inch "center to center" on each peg and hole.
The hole diameter is 0.28125 inch (9/32).
Each Peg has a diameter of 0.21875 (7/32).
This has proven rather popular. I've printed 20 so far in everything from Metal PLA+, Wood PLA, PLA+, PETT, PETG and ABS. I have HIPS and Nylon on order to give those a shot.
Testing:
Boards = 4 foot wide by 4 foot high
PLA and PLA+: good for about 1 board, after that, the hole diameter and alignment are questionable due to heat generated at the drill bit
ABS: It just doesn't die, We tested 4 boards and there was no discernable deviation in diameter or alignment.
PETG: same as ABS, just easier to print and far less smelly
PETT: Very strong, however its harder to find, and if not printed correctly, it tends to be very brittle, especially when there's
