Pegboard Wizard Meets Paneling Tools
I wanted to combine the one size fits all design of pegstr with the power of Paneling Tools in Grasshopper. This is the beginning attempt to rewrite pegstr so you can create a custom pegboard holder of any geometry of the profile you send it. This is brep design, so you can export a fished brep if you like.
I noticed in previous OPENSCAD code that the number of the pegboard pegs was limited to two rows. This version can do any height. You can't set the width to a number smaller than the height.
I designed a hook, a straight pin, and a snap fit. The pinlogic photo shows a close up of how to change the row index. Put the hooks on the top...bottom. You can set the pinlogic to one item even. Want more choices than bottom, middle, top? - add more logic to merge.
As with other versions you can create objects for:
One or multiple (m•n matrix) objects per holder, now that number can be different than pegboard number
Right now peglock
