Pen and Cap Rest

I added this to my production of pen holders because I wanted to add a place for the cap so when you use the pen the cap is always in place, plus it can be used to display pens with special nibs in full view to be admired. Please note that the cap holder has a diameter of 10.5 mm, so it works for pens like the Lamy Safari but not for thin pens like the Lamy CP or Caran d'Ache Madison
