Pen holder (with tether)

A pen holder designed to mimic the pens on bank counters that are attached to the base with a chain.
Designed for use with Bic Cristal pen and either twine or an elastic band as the tether, but the FreeCAD file is included in case you need to adjust it to suit your needs.
Simply slide the clip down the top of the pen (it's a snug fit so it might take some effort), feed your tether through both the hole on the pen part and the cylinder with a hole on the base, the tie off at both ends.
Hole included for screwing the base down.
