Pencil Bow

A small bow used to shoot pencils. You take a rubber band, thread it through the little cap so the cap is in the middle of the band, then put each end of the rubber band on the pegs. Then put the pencil through the hole in the riser, with the eraser in the cap, draw back, and let 'er fly!
