#PenguinResistance trooper

A protester penguin meant to protest against the UCP's constant bad decisions made without consultation, and in homage to the recent [snow penguin protest](https://globalnews.ca/news/7613398/protest-penguins-alberta-legislature-post-secondary/) against the UCP's cuts to Post Secondary Education. People liked it, so I'm sharing my remix.
