Increase the number of bottom layers to compensate for the lack of support.
See comments for more information on what I am talking about.
And this is easier than what I did here. I overthunk it.

Due to how splicers (Simplify3D and Cura) treat GCODE for this STL,
it wants to print a half layer at the 9th layer. Before it starts the upper inside curve.

For me and my printer, this causes gaps at the seam on the inside at 10th layer
I tried to work around this during printing, but it was more of a pain than it was worth
I split the bottom piece from the top using 3D Builder
I superglue the bottom on
this works.
Have printed 15 so far, and will print a total of 24.
I use double sided tape to stick them to the inside door

50mm inside diameter, fits perfectly for Penzeys lids.
