Pepernoten, or the technical term; Kruidnoten. A uniform form, kitchenaid cookie-cast aid.
Dutch treat from our Sinterklaas (the Dutch Santa Claus) I was disliking all the nasty little dirty snotty hair bearing child fingers fingering the dough before turning it into this cookie like treat.
No more overbaked, undercooked, dubious tasting non consistent home made pepernoten. From this day the world is saved from the ultima 5 december nightmare. All hail the pepernoten - cast/
Anyway, strooi maar wat lekkers in een of andere hoek!
