Permatrack Parts

I found that other designs didn’t quite fit my aluminum Permatrack and they were difficult to print or required special supports. So, I started from scratch and came up with these designs. I printed my parts out of ASA and I needed to include a brim to prevent warping and give proper bed adhesion. All parts were designed to print as oriented and without supports. I included 1mm blocks on some parts to prevent the brim from going where it shouldn’t. The 1mm blocks can simply be removed with the brim. It’s a work in progress and I plan to add model text in the future.

I used Paramount 3D ASA in Primordial Earth for an exact match to Permatrack Walnut Brown.
