This is a two-piece design to replace the stock outer rings of a Perplexus Epic in the event it needs to be taken apart.
16 M3x8 screws are the only hardware required. The puzzle's maze plus the two clear hemispheres are required.
To assemble the outer rings with your Perplexus epic, enclose the maze in the two hemispheres, ensuring the slots and holes are all lined up. Line up the top ring to align with all 18 screw holes. Shove all 18 screws through the top ring and the two sets of holes in the two hemispheres until they go all the way through. Then screw each screw into the main ring, using the cut slot as a reference to align the two parts together. Lastly, hand-tighten each screw.
A few notes regarding these parts: a drill/tap set might be required to enlarge the 3d printed holes, I required them myself as I print with a 0.6mm nozzle. In addition I did not obtain the dimensions from Spin Master Games, I empirically obtained the required dimensions from my own Perplexus E
