Petlibro Surefeed Combination

I wanted to combine a surefeed feeder with an automatic feeder inspired by ThoughtFactories solution. But I had a petlibro/balimo feeder I wanted to use so I needed a different slide and base. I also needed a version of the lid that could be printed on a prusa mini and uploaded a two part version here. This and all other parts are uploaded over on printables:
