According to fire and rescue services (FRSs) 2017/18 report, dwelling fires(i.e. residential) constitute to 41% (30,343) of total primary fires in England.The English housing survey (2016/17) states majority (86%) of fires in dwellings (332,000) are started inside the house or flat.
