Pgbrd_TapeHolder_v3

Added pegs and hook to backside and filled holes. Fits securely onto standard pegboard and holds well. Also sliced off an angle at the bottom on the same plane as the extension so that it can be printed with the extension face down which then requires no supports to be needed.

Picture is of v2 model which had too much base above the hook and had to be clipped off. Fixed this for v3 model and made angle match bottom.
