Adapter for the Duet Smart Effector rev 2.0 to use with the Phaetus Dragon hotend.

Added some arms, so that the hotend assembly can't rotate on the Duet Smart Effector when changing a nozzle.

Also changed the threading for the nut, so that you can use the supplied nut from the Smart Efffector with it, and added an inner threading for a PC4 M6 bowden coupler.

Added a hotend Fan mount, working on adding a blower fan mount for part cooling.

Added Fan Mount for 40mm blower style fans with a ring-like fan shroud

updated: new version with better angles for the blowerfans, better shroud for hotend cooling, and sturdier Hotend Adapter for printing with PETG

Everything except for the Shroud can safely be printed in PETG, the Shroud may melt!
The new angles for the Blower fans mean that you can also mount a short 45° Shroud at the end of the Blowerfan to cool the parts (i have some from a set of Winsinn 40mm Blowerfans
