Phase 2 Clone Trooper Helmet Options

I remixed the Kilonious Phase 2 helmet to provide a few more options including separated ears. This works especially well when adding the Macrobinoculars V2 by SmartArmoredMachine. Adding the binoculars still requires a bit of work (cutting) but this slice helps those who have been asking for a 3 part print. Also the difference between this and CommanderFox50's slice is simply the placement of the rear cut. This slice is directly behind the ears which provides a more hidden seam and doesn't split the ear piece in half. This works perfect for adding magnets to the rear shell.
Finally, if a person wants to get crazy and print it in two pieces they can print the Face_and_Top_With_Ears and Bottom files separate. This is how I like slicing the helmet.
I may try to alter the helmet later so the macrobinocular holes and groves are pre-cut.
