Phasenprüfer / PHASE TESTER Eine Nachmodellierung eines Phasenprüfers/ A REMODELING OF A PHASE TESTER. The exact designation of the original product: Phasenprüfer/ PHASE TESTER "Tippo" System Onken (Made in Germany) 90 - 250 V (Wechselstrom/ ALTERNATING CURRENT gegen Erde/ TO GROUND) I use this type of a PHASE TESTER - in case of checking, that no voltage is present - from the beginning of my apprenticeship to the present day. I don't use a phase tester with a testing pin, shaped like a screwdriver blade. Attention: This model is not a toy and you should use the design idea/concept only, for a rebuilding to a functional device! The value of the resistor between the testing tip and the glow lamp should be at least 750 kOhm. For holding the resistor in radial position you should use a washer, made of felt. The transparent housing of the phase tester should be made of plastic (Polycarbonate »PC«) Notes for the 3D-Model: The neutral length of the compression spring is 17.5 mm The threads (M10 x 1) are really modeled with theoretical values and therefore without any clearance. The inner soldering/welding connections of the helix wires and the contact wires of the glow lamp are not modeled.
